by jenkew Interesting point. I am saving up my own money for my own pension, as I resigned myself years ago to the fact that no one else, including the Canada Pension Plan, would do it for me. However, as a locked-out CBC contractor who would actually like to stay there and make a career in public broadcasting, it sucks. The more I think about it now though, the more I am ready for changes at the CBC, as long as they mean dedicated people on dedicated shows, with the aim of bringing what's important and newsworthy into the public eye. Bring it on!
