A partial transcript of a chat with a Symantec representative. I found out the hard way that the newest versions of Norton Internet Security don't work with Win2000:

Speaking of Bell, I went to check out a cellphone once at the Bell store in the Eaton Centre.

After the phone came out of the box, the ill-dressed, sullen, 20-something clerk proceeded to read a magazine while I poked and prodded at the device. Didn't offer even the slightest bit of patter about the phone or ask if I had any questions.

When I put it down, he asked: "So. Gonna buy it?"

Well, not from you, you waste of skin.

Given the two, I'll go with Imran. :)
