A BBC World poll asked 27,000 people in 25 countries about using torture under certain circumstances. Twenty-nine per cent would support it versus 59 per cent who wouldn't. more »

As you may have heard, Tory MP Garth Turner from the Halton riding west of Toronto got indefinitely suspended from the Conservative caucus, ostensibly for blabbing about the contents of caucus meeting. However, it's more probable his views about some of his colleagues may have really triggered this event. I did some poking through his blog. Here's a feature I wrote on what I found.
