I offer the following without (much) comment:

Since I live in constant fear of evidence showing me to be an early-onset Alzheimer's case, can anyone tell me whether they've ever seen a commercial ad on CBC.ca before, say, 12:02 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 15, 2005?
I honestly don't remember seeing one. But if one managed to spring up within hours (minutes?) of a lockout being declared, perhaps one could draw the conclusions that:
a) CBC management had been planning this for a while, and
b) They're looking for sources of revenue to offset the cost of the lockout?
