A friend of mine sent me this Thursday morning. It was billed as being from "a (lefty) political e-mail list." It's pretty damned funny!

I LOVE this minority government! It combines the dim-witted chippiness of grinder hockey with the melodrama of a Mexican soap opera.  Between Liberal bagmen crying about how they feared for their lives, and the hijinx of the Conservatives, Canadian federal politics has all the criminality of "The Sopranos" and weird plot twists of "The Desperate Housewives" completely beat!  Nothing on "Survivor" or "The Apprentice can remotely compete with with the back-biting, conniving, hysteria, and dastardly deeds seen daily on afternoon TV in the House of Commons or Gomery Commission!  C-PAC is the ULTIMATE in reality TV

But then I saw a note on CAJ-L saying C-PAC's ratings are actually down 50 per cent in the last few weeks.

Maybe Canadians are getting tired of the circus routine and are tuning out as a result.

Does anyone know if Gomery's ratings are holding up in Quebec?
