For starters, let's acknowledge the passing of The King -- For the first time since I started this blog in August 2004, my posting on Elvis's Death Day isn't in the top 10 (it's #11).

An amazing run, though.

Here are the top 10 most clicked-on stories:

1. Wikipedia founder admits to quality problems (Oct. 19)

2. Have Canadian media polls been misleading people?  (Nov. 18)

3. When Zerby met Woodward (Nov. 16)

4. What the hell?!?!  (Nov. 1)

5. Thank you, Sister Rosa Parks (Nov. 3)

6. Bush Orders Mass Bald Eagle Slaughter To Stop Spread Of Bird Flu (Nov. 2)

7. CBS's brave and babelicious new It woman (Nov. 25)

8. Who does Google think reads Chantal Hebert? (Nov. 11)

9. 'Yes, Maureen Dowd is necessary' (Nov. 10)

10. It kinda makes you wish you were an American (Nov. 6)

Since one story was a holdover from October, here's a 10th November post:

Maclean's 100th b-day party on Nov. 15: Got your invite? (Nov. 4)

One posting that amazes me is the one about Lara Logan, CBS's star foreign correspondent, which is currently the most clicked-on story in January. I guess anything with "babelicious" in the headline or "swimsuit model" in the text is bound to get a lot of traffic. I wonder how many people were disappointed I didn't put up her photo? :)
