According to an item in Report on Business's Feed The Goat column, CanWest wants to get into the commuter tab business in five Canadian cities.
They've managed to find a leader: Noah Godfrey, son of CanWest board member Paul Godfrey (former TorSun publisher, Lastman puppetmaster etc., etc.).
The name (hopefully a working title), is Dose.
I can only say good luck to them. Toronto's got two: the league-leading Metro and Sun Media's sad little 24. Maybe Torontonians are begging for a third daily commuter freebie. But maybe not.
