For his spinechilling portrayal of an amiable dunce and toaster of the super-rich with his finger on the nuclear trigger, George W. Bush earns movie villian of the year honours, says Total Film magazine.
He trumped Doc Ock from Spider-Man 2 (Alfred Molina), Leatherface from a remake of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Gollum from Lord of the Rings III and even Elle Driver, the snake woman of Kill Bill II (Darryl Hannah).
Here are is an excerpt from a wire story carried in The Guardian: Total Film editor Matt Mueller said Mr Bush was "absolutely terrifying" in Fahrenheit 9/11: "He looked like a man who had lost control - the famous scene where he sits there in a school, absolutely paralysed, after being told about the twin towers, is just one example.
"Lots of people saw [the movie] and movie-goers are saying that there's no one like George Bush to strike fear into people's hearts."
