I was in St. Lawrence Market earlier this afternoon where I heard some 20-something woman tell her friend that she thought of Alberta as a separate country.

I'm from Alberta. I know Albertans. I live in Toronto. I know Torontonians too.
She's a Torontonian. And her general derogatory tone was an excellent example of why Westerners don't have the warm and fuzzies for Torontonians either. Re: Oh, Canada

As much as I found Rick Mercer's "Talking To Americans" as funny as anyone else, I often thought you could probably get the same responses about Canada from Canadians.
