There are reports that Britain's outgoing ambassador to Iraq has warned Prime Minister Tony Blair that although the situation isn't hopeless, Iraq will likely break up along religious lines.. Actually, Gen. John Abizaid, the U.S.'s top general in the Middle East told the Senate Armed Forces committee on Thursday that a civil war in Iraq along religious lines is possible if the sectarian violence can't be controlled.
