President Viktor Yushchenko of Ukraine, leader of the Orange Revolution, has nominated Viktor Yanukovych as his prime minister. If I remember correctly Yushchenko's supporters opposed pretty much everything Yanukovych -- candidate of the pro-Russian establishment kleptocracy -- stood for, yet the big guy said he did this for national unity.
